Welcome to DelaFuente (“DelaFuente”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://delafuente.jewelry (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from us, including made-to-order and custom fine jewelry.

By accessing or using our Site, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or make purchases.

3. Products

DelaFuente specializes in made-to-order and custom fine jewelry crafted in solid gold and platinum — never plated — set with certified lab-grown diamonds and fine gemstones. Natural diamonds are available on request.

  • Every diamond is delivered with its IGI or GIA certificate.
  • Gemstones may show natural variations in color, shape, or clarity; these are characteristics, not defects.
  • Product images and renders are representative; minor variations are inherent to handcrafted jewelry.
  • We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

4. Ordering and payment

  • We accept secure payment through the processors listed at checkout.
  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Production, shipping & delivery

  • Each piece is crafted to order; production typically takes two to four weeks, with custom pieces potentially longer. Estimated timelines are shown on each product page and confirmed by email.
  • All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes upon arrival.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

  • Eligible pieces may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, in unworn, original condition with all packaging and certificates.
  • Custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are final sale.
  • Cancellations or changes must be requested before production begins.

7. Lifetime warranty

We stand behind every piece for life. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing issues as well as the maintenance that keeps a piece wearable: stone tightening, prong maintenance, cleaning and inspection, and one complimentary resizing. It does not cover lost center stones, accidental damage, misuse, or work performed by other jewelers. Full details are on our Lifetime Warranty page.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including designs, product images, renders, text, graphics, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of DelaFuente and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any part of this Site or our designs for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. User conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; disrupt or damage the Site or interfere with its security; transmit viruses or harmful code; or impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DelaFuente shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or delays and failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
