FAQs

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to mined diamonds—same brilliance, clarity, and durability.

What’s the difference between lab-grown and mined diamonds?

The only difference is origin. Lab-grown diamonds are physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds—without the environmental and ethical concerns.

What materials do you use?

All pieces are crafted in solid gold or platinum. Never plated or filled.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do I need to choose my diamond?

No. Every stone is selected for optimal brilliance, clarity, and value—so you don’t have to compare or overthink.

All diamonds are chosen by GIA-trained specialists to ensure consistently high standards.

If you have something specific in mind, we can accommodate requests upon inquiry.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within a limited window (30 days), provided they are unworn and in original condition.

Custom and made-to-order pieces may be final sale.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

We offer one free complimentary resizing after delivery to ensure a proper fit.

How long will my order take?

Most pieces are made to order and typically ship within a few weeks.

Each product page includes a more precise timeline.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer fully insured worldwide shipping.

Will my package be discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging for privacy and security.

What if I don’t know my ring size?

We offer a complimentary ring sizing kit within the U.S.

If you need a faster option, you can visit a local jeweler or use a reliable sizing kit from Amazon or any other e-commerce platform. Keep in mind that wider bands tend to fit more snugly, so you may need to size up slightly compared to thinner rings.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes - We can do most designs. Contact us and we’ll guide you through what’s possible.

Can I use my own stone?

In some cases, yes. Your stone must meet our quality standards and be compatible with our designs.

We can also create a custom design specifically for your stone. For more delicate gemstones—such as emeralds or opals—we may recommend settings designed to better protect the stone rather than offering all styles.

Can I buy just the setting?

No. We only offer fully completed pieces to ensure quality and structural integrity.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes. Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, though care is always recommended depending on the gemstone and setting.
